York Maze
Open from Saturday the 16th of July through to Sunday the 4th of September 2011, York Maze is so much more than the name suggests. It's pretty much a mini theme park with so mch to do to make a fun packed day out.
the maze itself is made up from one and a half million maize plants and is thought to be the largest in the world. To get through the maze you will have to solve the clues as you visit large talking sculpures who help you through although you may come across the ice cream shop hidden within the maze where you can take a breather and and ice cream.
As well as the maze there are many other things to see and do such as the 8 hole crazy golf, the giant jumping pillow, the climbing zone, and even watch some pig racing.The park also has a electric quad bike track at only a pound a go, a maze of illusion, so much for a fun day out.
In the way of refreshments, York Maze has a coffee bar and Cafe with a vast array of freshly made sandwiches and a newly featured outdoor BBQ cooking some of Yorkshires finest meat.
